LEVEL ONE: EASY PICK-UP SERVICE
You or a representative will come to our facilities on campus and pick-up your order. All food and beverages will be in disposable containers accompanied by appropriate disposable paper goods (Only selected menus are available for pick-up service)

There is NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE for Level One... It's Free!!
LEVEL TWO: AFFORDABLE DROP-OFF SERVICE
The Catering Staff will deliver your order, but does not return at the end of the event. All Cold food and beverages will be in disposable containers accompanied by appropriate disposable paper goods (Hot beverages are available for drop-off service, for an additional $5.00 fee, only individual cold beverages are available for drop off.)

The CHARGE for Level Two... is $20.00, 1 staff member is required. For events of 100+ the charge is $40.00 and will require 2 staff members.
LEVEL THREE: CREATIVE DELIVERY SERVICE & SET-UP
The Catering Staff will deliver your order. The staff will not stay at the event, but they will return at the end of the event to pick up service pieces and clear tables. Linens are provided for the buffet tables only, but can be ordered for guest tables at an additional charge. All food and beverages will be in disposable containers accompanied by appropriate disposable paper goods (Reception Hot beverages and Hot food are available for delivery service)

The CHARGE for Level Three...is $40.00, 1 staff member is required. For events of 100+ the charge is $60.00 and will require 2 staff members.
LEVEL FOUR: LIVE COOKING STATION OR BUFFET SERVICE

Reception Buffet on High Quality Acrylic ware to include: cutlery, six inch plates, cocktail paper napkins. The Catering Staff will deliver your food and beverage, set-up the buffet, attendant will stay and monitor the event. The CHARGE for Level Four...is $2.00 per Guest, (Events with less than 20 guests will incur an additional flat fee of $15.00) To have rolled silverware on the buffet the charge is $2.25.

Buffet with China, Glassware, Silverware & Beverage on the table. The CHARGE for Level Five...is $5 per Guest. (Events with less than 20 guests will incur an additional flat fee of $20.00)

LEVEL SIX: WAITED TABLE SERVICE
Minimum 15 guests
Waited table Service with China, Glassware, and Silverware. The Catering Staff will set the tables with appropriate flatware, and glassware, serve your food and beverage, and service your table. Table Linens and Cloth Napkins are provided for Guest tables.

The CHARGE for Level Six...is $6.00 per Guest. (Events with less than 20 guests will incur an additional flat fee of $25.00)
