Choura talks about “the experience”

1.) What is all this hype we read about “the experience” at Choura properties?

First off, I want to make it very clear that “the experience” is more than marketing hype. It’s our mission at Choura to create excellent customer service driven partnerships with our clients and to make sure their choice of working with us is a wonderful and rewarding experience.

2.) Can you give an example on how this looks?

Absolutely. I know great service is happening when our team is advocating for the client. Every week I watch our event professionals come up with very innovative ideas to make a client’s event more special and personal.

3) What are the three things you want a client to take away from the Choura event experience?

What I really want is for people to have fun, I love to see smiles, and I love to hear laughter. I want our clients to be refreshed by being surrounded with great people, both their guests and our wonderful staff. And I want them to be surprised by how well they are treated when working with us. I want their special event with Choura to feel revitalizing….I mean shouldn’t events be worth going to?
